Privacy policy

When you calculate a live estimate, request a quote, send a message, or download the AHJ permit checklist, we collect the contact and project details you provide, plus uploaded plan files needed to prepare an estimate and engineering review. A calculated price is saved even if you do not request a quote, including the sheet count or square footage, location, IP address, any plan files uploaded, and any name, email, or phone already typed. Checklist leads (email, optional state, and role) are stored in our backend so the team can follow up by hand. We do not run automated email campaigns from this form. Files are stored securely for intake and project delivery.

We use this information to respond to your request, match a licensed engineer to your jurisdiction, and improve our services. We do not sell personal information. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregated traffic patterns (pages viewed, approximate location, device, and referral source). Google may set cookies and process data under its privacy policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
